VaelisAI provides an AI-powered travel planning and itinerary generation service. We offer both a free tier and a premium "Pro" subscription with advanced features and customization. We utilize third-party APIs (such as travel data aggregators and artificial intelligence providers) to provide this service.

3. User Accounts and Subscriptions

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• Pro subscriptions (Monthly, 6-Month, Yearly, Lifetime) are billed through our authorized third-party payment processors.
• You are responsible for managing your subscription and cancellations through the billing dashboard.
• There are fair usage limitations on AI generations to prevent abuse, which are strictly enforced.

Our itineraries may contain links to third-party affiliates or websites (e.g., flight and hotel bookings, Google Search). VaelisAI is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of these external sites.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

VaelisAI strives to provide accurate AI-generated recommendations, but travel information (such as business status and operating hours) can change rapidly. We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy or availability of the suggestions provided. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL VAELISAI BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

LIABILITY CAP: UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL VAELISAI'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO VAELISAI IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY. IF YOU ARE A FREE USER, THE TOTAL LIABILITY CAP IS $100.00 USD.

7. Third-Party Services

Our service relies on third-party infrastructure providers, including but not limited to authentication services, payment processors, and database hosting providers. You acknowledge that VaelisAI does not control these third parties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VaelisAI disclaims all liability for any data breach, service interruption, or technical failure caused by these third-party providers.

8. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and the parties hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
